FBI agents who interviewed Hillary Clinton about her documented mishandling of classified materials were careful not to put her under oath, or to make a comprehensive written record of the conversation.
Now her legal team is seeking a judicial order preventing Mrs. Clinton from making a sworn deposition in a private lawsuit filed by the legal
activist group Judicial Watch.
The motion filed by Clinton’s attorneys contends that the public record “already answers” the questions that the group would pose during a deposition.
