The United States Of America  Is A Corporation Owned By Foreign Interests!

Below are two articles covering the fact that, since the Act of 1871 which established the District of Columbia, we have been living under the UNITED STATES CORPORATION which is owned by certain international bankers and aristocracy of Europe and Britain.  

This is why NO AMERICAN HOLDS AN ALLODIAL TITLE but are ISSUED LEGAL TITLES in the place of a True Allodial Title.

In 1871 the Congress changed the name of the original Constitution by changing ONE WORD -- and that was very significant as you will read.

Some people do not understand that ONE WORD or TWO WORDS difference in any "legal" document DO make the critical difference. But, Congress has known, and does know, this. 

I'm told this corporation, established in 1871, will be cancelled by NESARA and NESARA will also restore the ORIGINAL Constitution which assists in restoring our Constitutional Rights, The Bill of Rights and our rights as described in the Declaration of Independence but they have been in an uphill battle with D.C. Inc. since 1992.

1871, February 21: Congress Passes an Act to Provide a Government for the District of Columbia, also known as the Act of 1871. With no constitutional authority to do so, Congress creates a separate form of government for the District of Columbia, a ten mile square parcel of land (see, Acts of the Forty-first Congress," Section 34, Session III, chapters 61 and 62). The act -- passed when the country was weakened and financially depleted in the aftermath of the Civil War -- was a strategic move by foreign interests (international bankers) who were intent upon gaining a stranglehold on the coffers and neck of America. Congress cut a deal with the international bankers (specifically Rothschilds of London) to incur a DEBT to said bankers. Because the bankers were not about to lend money to a floundering nation without serious stipulations, they devised a way to get their foot in the door of the United States. The Act of 1871 formed a corporation called THE UNITED STATES. The corporation, OWNED by foreign interests, moved in and shoved the original Constitution into a dustbin. THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. 

Is the constitution of the INCORPORATED UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. 

It operates in an economic capacity and has been used to fool the People into thinking it governs the Republic. It does is not! 

Capitalization is NOT insignificant when one is referring to a legal document. This seemingly "minor" alteration has had a major impact on every subsequent generation of Americans. 

What Congress did by passing the Act of 1871 was create an entirely new document, a constitution for the government of the District of Columbia, an INCORPORATED government. 

This newly altered Constitution was not intended to benefit the Republic. It benefits only the corporation of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and operates entirely outside the original (organic) Constitution.

Instead of having absolute and inalienable rights guaranteed under the organic Constitution, we the people now have "relative" rights or privileges. 

One example is the Sovereign's right to travel, which has now been transformed (under corporate government policy) into a "privilege" that requires citizens to be licensed. 

By passing the Act of 1871, 

Congress committed TREASON against the People 

who were Sovereign under the grants and decrees of the Declaration of Independence and the organic Constitution. 

The Act of 1871 became the FOUNDATION of all the treason since committed by government officials.

The UNITED STATES Isn't a Country - It's a Corporation!

In preparation for stealing America, the puppets of Britain's banking cabal had already created a second government, a Shadow Government designed to manage what the common herd believed was a democracy, but what really was an incorporated UNITED STATES.

Together this chimera, this two-headed monster, disallowed the common herd all rights of Sovereignty.

Congress, with no authority to do so, created a separate form of government for the District of Columbia, a ten-mile square parcel of land. WHY and HOW did they do so? 

The Civil War was, in fact, "little more than a calculated front with fancy footwork by backroom players." 

"It was also a strategic maneuver by British and European interests (international bankers) intent on gaining a stranglehold on the coffers of America.

And, because Congress knew our country was in dire financial straits, certain members of Congress cut a deal with the international bankers (in those days, the Rothschilds of London were dipping their fingers into everyone's pie).

There you have the WHY, why members of Congress permitted the international bankers to gain further control of America. . . . . .

"Then, by passing the Act of 1871, Congress formed a corporation known as THE UNITED STATES.

This corporation, owned by foreign interests, shoved the organic version of the Constitution aside by changing the word 'for' to 'of' in the title.

Let me explain: the original Constitution drafted by the Founding Fathers read: '

The Constitution for the united states of America.' [note that neither the words 'united' nor 'states' began with capital letters] But the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA' is a corporate constitution, which is absolutely NOT the same document you think it is. 

First of all, it ended all our rights of sovereignty [sui juris]. So you now have the HOW, how the international bankers got their hands  on THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA."

To fully understand how our rights of sovereignty were ended, you must know the full meaning of sovereign:

SOVEREIGN "Chief or highest, supreme power, superior in position to all others; independent of and unlimited by others; possessing or entitled to; original and independent authority or jurisdiction." --Webster--

In short, our government, which was created by and for us as sovereigns -- free citizens deemed to have the highest authority in the land -- was stolen from us, along with our rights. 

Keep in mind that, according to the original Constitution, only We the People are sovereign. 

Government is Not Sovereign.

The Declaration of Independence says, "government is subject to the consent of the governed." That's us -- the sovereigns. 

When did you last feet like a sovereign?

"It doesn't take a rocket scientist or a constitutional historian to figure out that the U.S. Government has NOT been subject to the consent of the governed since long before you or I was born. 

Rather, the governed are subject to the whim and greed of the corporation, which has stretched its tentacles beyond the ten-mile-square parcel of land known as the District of Columbia.

In fact, it has invaded every state of the Republic. 

Mind you, the corporation has NO jurisdiction beyond the District of Columbia. 

You just think it does.

"You see, you are 'presumed' to know the law, which is very weird since We the People are taught NOTHING about the law in school just made to memorized useless, false and time consuming information. 

We the People. Establish this Constitution for the United States of America.' But our Liberal Sellout Teachers only gloss over the Bill of Rights. 

Our schools (controlled by the corporate government) don't delve into the Constitution at depth.

After all, the corporation was established to indoctrinate and 'dumb-down' the masses, not to teach anything of value or importance. 

"Certainly, no one mentioned that America was sold-out to foreign interests, that we were beneficiaries of the debt incurred by Congress, or that we were in debt to the international bankers. 

I would consider that an important fact that Teachers and Preachers should cover at some point but most are too dumbed down or afraid to use any critical thinking skills of their own. 

Most would rather conform so they can just Parrot what they are told throughout their careers.

Yet, for generations, Americans have had the bulk of their earnings confiscated to pay a massive debt that they did not incur. 

There's an endless stream of things the People aren't told.

And, now that you are being told, how do you feel about being made the recipient of a debt without your knowledge or consent?

"After passage of the Act of 1871, Congress set a series of subtle and overt deceptions into motion, deceptions in the form of decisions that were meant to sell us down the river.

"Over time, the Republic took it on the chin until it was knocked down and counted out by a technical KO [knock out].

With the surrender of the people's gold in 1933, the 'common herd' was handed over to illegitimate law. (I'll bet you weren't taught THAT in school.)

"Our corporate form of governance is based on Roman Civil Law and Admiralty, or Maritime, Law, which is also known as the 'Divine Right of Kings' and the 'Law of the Seas' -- another fact of American history not taught in our schools.

Actually, Roman Civil Law was fully established in the colonies before our nation began, and then became managed by private international law. 

In other words, the government -- the government created for the District of Columbia via the Act of 1871 -- operates solely under Private International Law, not Common Law, which was the foundation of our Constitutional Republic.

"This fact has impacted all Americans in concrete ways. 

For instance, although Private International Law is technically only applicable within the District of Columbia, and NOT in the other states of the Union, the arms of the Corporation of the UNITED STATES are called 'departments' --i.e., the Justice Department, the Treasury Department. 

And those departments affect everyone, no matter where (in what state) they live. Guess what? Each department belongs to the corporation -- to the UNITED STATES.

"Refer to any UNITED STATES CODE (USC). Note the capitalization; this is evidence of a corporation, not a Republic. For example, In Title 28 3002 (15) (A) (B) (C), it is unequivocally stated that the UNITED STATES is a corporation.

 Translation: the corporation is NOT a separate and distinct entity; it is not disconnected from the government; it IS the government -- your government. This is extremely important! 

I refer to it as the ’corporate EMPIRE of the UNITED STATES,' which operates under Roman Civil Law outside the original Constitution. 

How do you like being ruled by a corporation?  You say you'll ask your Congressperson about this?

HA!!

"Congress is fully aware of this deception. So it's time that you, too, become aware of the deception. What this great deception means is that the members of Congress do NOT work for us, for you and me. 

They work for THE CORPORATION OF THE UNITED STATES Inc. 

No wonder we can't get them to do anything on our behalf, or meet or demands, or answer our questions.

"Technically, legally, or any other way you want to look at the matter, the corporate government of the UNITED STATES has no jurisdiction or authority in ANY State of the Union (the Republic) beyond the District of Columbia.

Let that tidbit sink in, then ask yourself, could this deception have occurred without full knowledge and complicity of the Congress? Do you think it happened by accident? If you do, you're deceiving yourself. 

"There are no accidents, no coincidences. Face the facts and confront the truth. Remember, you are presumed to know the law.

THEY know you don't know the law or, for that matter, your history. Why? 

Because no concerted effort was ever made to teach or otherwise inform you. 

As a Sovereign, you are entitled to full disclosure of all facts. As a slave, you are entitled to nothing other than what the corporation decides to 'give' you.

"Remember also that 'Ignorance of the law is no excuse.' 

It's your responsibility and obligation to learn the law and know how it applies to you. 

No wonder the corporation counted on the fact that most people are too indifferent, unconcerned, distracted, or lazy to learn what they need to know to survive within the system.

We have been conditioned to let the government do our thinking for us. Now's the time to turn that around if we intend to help save our Republic and ourselves -- before it's too late.

"As an instrument of the international bankers, the UNITED STATES owns you from birth to death. It also holds ownership of all your assets, of your property, even of your children. 

Think long and hard about all the bills taxes, fines, and licenses you have paid for or purchased. Yes, they had you by the pockets. If you don't believe it, read the 14th Amendment. 

See how 'free' you really are. Ignorance of the facts led to your silence. 

Silence is construed as consent; consent to be beneficiaries of a debt you did not incur. 

As a Sovereign People we have been deceived for hundreds of years; we think we are free, but in truth we are servants of the corporation.

"Congress committed treason against the People in 1871. Honest men could have corrected the fraud and treason. But apparently there weren't enough honest men to counteract the lust for money and power. 

We lost more freedom than we will ever know, thanks to corporate infiltration of our so-called 'government.'

"Do you think that any soldier who died in any of our many wars would have fought if he or she had known the truth? Do you think one person would have laid down his/her life for a corporation? 

How long will we remain silent?

How long will we perpetuate the MYTH that we are free? When will we stand together as One Sovereign People?

When will we take back what has been as stolen from the us?

"If the People of America had known to what extent their trust was betrayed, how long would it have taken for a real revolution to occur?

From a speech in Congress in The Bankruptcy of The United States United States Congressional Record, March 17, 1993 Vol. 33, page H-1303. Speaker-Rep. James Traficant, Jr. (Ohio) addressing the House:

"Prior to 1913, most Americans owned clear, allodial title to property, free and clear of any liens or mortgages until the Federal Reserve Act (1913). 

"Hypothecated" all property within the federal United States to the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve - in which the Trustees (stockholders) held legal title. 

The U.S. citizen (tenant, franchisee) was registered as a "beneficiary" of the trust via his/her birth certificate. 

In 1933, the federal United States hypothecated all of the present and future properties, assets and labor of their "subjects," the 14th Amendment U.S. citizen, to the Federal Reserve System.

In return, the Federal Reserve System agreed to extend THE FEDERAL United States CORPORATION  the entire credit "money substitute" it needed.

Like any other debtor, the federal United States government had to assign collateral and security to their creditors as a condition of the loan. 

Since the federal United States didn't have any assets, they assigned the private property of their "economic slaves",

the U.S. citizens as collateral against the unpayable federal debt. 

They also pledged the unincorporated federal territories, national parks forests, birth certificates, and nonprofit organizations, as collateral against the federal debt. 

All of the Nations real asset's.

All has already been transferred as payment to the international bankers.

Unwittingly, America has returned to its pre-American Revolution, feudal roots whereby all land is held by a sovereign and the common people had no rights to hold allodial title to property. 

Once again, We the People are the tenants and sharecroppers renting our own property from a Sovereign in the guise of the Federal Reserve Bank.

And paying interest on a debt the US Treasury could have printed itself.

We give away 400 to 500 Billion in Interest every year on debt notes backed by more fiat that the Treasury could print itself interest free.

Every dollar they issue the Government comes in the form as a debt accumulating interest so

there is never as many debt notes to repay principal + interest.

We have to borrow more debt notes to pay the interest for the year and Ft. Knox has no gold it was emptied in 1934.

Know-Your-Enemy. 

The latest “survey” by the Jewish Supremacist ADL of America. 

Has claimed that over one billion people around the globe are “anti-Semitic”.

Perhaps one of the most astonishing displays of rampant Jewish paranoia ever yet seen.

The claim, made in the ADL’s latest “Global Survey of anti-Semitism” and released to great fanfare by

the Jewish Supremacist controlled mass media, 

said that “over a quarter” of the world’s population holds “anti-Semitic attitudes.”

The Main Problem (besides being liars, Paranoia, stupidity, diseases from incest & no reasoning skills) being only 5% are maybe a small part Semitic the remaining 95% before becoming extremely mutated hybrids by mixing with every color in the crayon box were Asiatic Khazarian Turkish Mongoloids just as the majority of American Indians were Asiatic.

The ADL, apparently using an 11-question index to poll “anti-Semitic attitudes” found that 26% of those polled answered “probably true” to six or more of the 11 negative stereotypes presented about Jews.

If the sample data is projected across the world’s entire population, the ADL noted, it suggests that some 1.09 billion people in the world “are deeply infected with anti-Semitic attitudes.”

This claim—that a quarter of the world holds active anti-Semitic attitudes—is highly interesting on a number of deep psychological levels, and provides a fascinating insight into the mindset of Jewish Supremacists, and how they view the world.

What do Jewish leaders say is the “cause of antisemitism?”

Jewish scholars say that opposition to Jews has no rational basis whatsoever. Actually they maintain people are just inherently antisemitic.

Actually their blood libel against non-Jews is quite horrific even satanic.

If the ADL’s claims are taken at face value, then the first question which needs answering is why so many people anti-Semitic when the globalist media always portrays Jews in the most favorable light possible?

How can so many people be “anti-Semitic” when Holocaust propaganda is forced down everyone’s throats 24 hours a day by the Jewish Supremacist controlled mass media.

Jewish leaders themselves admit that the massive propaganda is to” lessen antisemitism”

The answer—which the ADL does of course not dare to mention, is the truth that Jewish Supremacist behavior is the cause of anti-Semitism.

Palestinians who live under the brutal rule of bombardments, occupation, sanctions, torture, murder and ethnic cleansing by the Zionist state, need no encouragement to be angry with the Jewish Supremacists.

The behavior of the Jewish state in the Middle East, also provides its surrounding states with reason to dislike it: the only nuclear armed state, complete with biological and chemical weapons, threatening war against other states which have no such weapons but are subject to continuous media-based lies and war incitement, also need little reason to be angry with the Zionist state.

In the Western world, honest liberals will have reason to be angry with the Jews-only state, because its overt racism is completely contradictory to traditional liberal values.

Western conservatives have reason to be angry with the Jews-only state because its powerful lobbies in Washington DC, London and elsewhere, have dragged those nations in needless and illegal wars on behalf of Israel, at great personal and financial cost to the non-Jewish countries so affected.

Ordinary people on the street have reason to be angry with Jewish Supremacists because of the financial crisis into which the Jewish mafia banksters have plunged the world, and also for the ongoing Kosher food swindle, which artificially inflates the price of day-to-day groceries.

Young people in America have reason to be angry with the Jewish Supremacists because of the manner in which Jewish racism has colluded to actively discriminate against non-Jews in Ivy League college admittance rates.

All people who seek to maintain their own nation’s identity, will have reason to be angry with the Jewish Supremacists for the way in which they actively promote multiculturalism for all other nations, but actively reject it for their own state.

Jewish Supremacist behavior therefore creates the conditions in which Jewish paranoia becomes fulfilled—as dramatically evidenced by the latest ADL claims.

“Anti-Semitism” is caused by Jewish Supremacist behavior, and does not spring out of nowhere, as the ADL would like to imply. 

This situation will not change until Jewish Supremacist behavior changes.

The truth is that what they call 

“anti-Semitism” 

is only generated by Jewish Supremacist behavior, 

and is not the result of some 

automatically inbred behavioral trait.

If:

1. Jewish Supremacists did not engage in outright hypocrisy on a large number of issues including immigration, homosexual marriage, and many other issues, and

2.  Jewish Supremacists did not control the US government, and

3. Jewish Supremacists were not such vicious anti-Gentile racists, and

4. Jewish Supremacists had not been behind the greatest reigns of terror in history, and

5. Jewish Supremacists had not been behind the banking and financial swindles, and

6. Jewish Supremacists did not actively discriminate against Gentiles at Ivy League colleges, and

7. Jewish Supremacists had not been behind the Kosher food swindle, and

8. Jewish Supremacists had not plunged America and other countries into wars on behalf of Israel, 

and

9. Jewish Supremacists did not “arrange” billions of dollars of aid to Israel every year from American taxpayers, and

10. Jewish Supremacists did not control Hollywood to spew out anti-Gentile poison, and

11. Jewish Supremacists did not control the mass media and spew out anti-Gentile poison, then “anti-Semitism” would not exist.

In the words of Joe Sobran: An anti-Semite used to be someone who did not like Jews. 

Today it is someone who the Jews do not like.
